Who let the dogs out !
Erina Fair Shopping Centre hosted an Animal Expo during
the July school holidays.
The popular Gosford Grooming Pooch Glamour Fashion
Parade was held Fri 15th July – Sun 18th July
. After lasts years success Gosford Grooming was asked
back again. This time the Glamour Pooch Fashion Parade
has some extra models, my Niece Jessica 9yrs & Nephew
Ethan 13yrs have joined in on the fun.
Jessica walks Meiko the Chinese Crested Hairless dog
dressed up as a Rabbit & Bonnie the Staffordshire Bull
Terrier as a Ladybird & Bumblebee, Ethan takes Templer
the boy Standard poodle with his Superdog & Pirate
outfit. Laney the whippet as a Angel & Ballerina can’t
be forgotten. Chrystelle the Standard Poodle with her
unforgettable rainbow ears got the most ooos and aahhhs
when she entered as a clown and jumps through a hoop on
stage at last Fridays show. The 5 dogs used in the
parade are owned and handled by the Gosford Grooming
Team – Owner Charmaine Bright &Pet Stylist Karen
Francis.
“When you hear the kids reactions to seeing the dogs in
their fancy outfits it makes it all worthwhile, the
adults get to have a giggle as well and take lots of
photos with their children & our dogs” Charmaine
Bright said.
It is also a time to acknowledge that dogs and children
can co exist happily and safely with proper training ,
socialisation and respect. When my 3 yr old Niece Imogen
tells my dogs to sit n stay, they do, they even let her
brush them. Imogen pretends she is a groomer just like
her Aunt.
